Complaints Procedure
It may happen that something does not go as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@lagripro.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
Consumers in the EU also have the option of registering complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
